As a perfectionist, I take great pride in my work. To ensure a smooth experience, please read and accept all terms outlined in this policy to avoid any miscommunication or cancellations. Booking and Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required upon booking and must be paid directly through my website. This deposit is refundable only if I cancel your appointment. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule with the original deposit if your appointment is rebooked within a two-week time frame. Appointments can be rescheduled through your appointment link to take advantage of this option. Rescheduling in less than 24 hours means you forfeit your deposit and will have to rebook entirely! Preparation: Kindly arrive with freshly washed and blow-dried hair. I cannot braid pre-pressed or oily hair. However, I am happy to apply your preferred oil after the service is complete. If you have short hair, a consultation is required. For clients with bald spots or thinning hair, please send pictures prior to your consultation at (513) 400-6193. Services: I specialize in braiding services and offer hair types 1, 1B, 2, and 4 for braid and boho styles. Please bring your colored hair to the appointment; blended hair is provided for all boho styles. Human hair must also be supplied by you. Arrival Policies: You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled unless we have discussed otherwise. Please note: **No exceptions!**No-call, no-show incidents will result in either a ban from future bookings or a requirement to pay 50% of the service cost from your previous appointment before you can book again. Parking : Please park along the brick wall at the top of the street to avoid potential parking tickets. Enter through the main building door and proceed to Suite 1, located on your left. Child Services (Ages 3-9): For children, if you wish for an adult hairstyle, please book outside of the children's section, and the full price will apply. Services are available only for children aged three and above; I do not provide weave services for this age group. You may choose up to two colors for accessories. Please bring any needed materials and snacks to ensure your child remains comfortable. As a former childcare provider, I can assure you that your child will be in a safe and caring environment. Cancellation Policy
If need to cancel please contact me as soon as possible as I am understanding things happen. However, all no call no shows results in a 50% payment of the previous style before you’re allowed to book again. No card will be charged.
